Vincent Market Bistro will be hosting a fundraiser for the American Heart Association on March 1 and all gratuities will go towards the AHA.
The American Heart Association is the nation’s oldest, largest voluntary organization devoted to fighting cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
At the event, two partners from the law firm of Snell & Wilmer — Chuck Hauff, who coordinates the Intellectual Property group, and Lee Fraley — will be “guest waiters” and will be assisting servers throughout the dinner.
The $29 meal includes a choice of starters — mushroom ravioli, smoked salmon quesadilla, Caesar salad and white-bean soup. Entree choices include coq au vin, rack of lamb, salmon with basil beurre blanc and pepper steak. Dinner ends with a dessert trio.
Reservations are required; seating times are 5, 5:30, 6:30 or 7 p.m.
