Top People to Know is an annual resource guide AZRE Magazine created for the local commercial real estate industry.

Top People to Know (PTK) covers the commercial real estate industry from developers and investors, contractors, architects and engineers to brokers, city planners and economic development.

BREAKING NEWS:

Top PTK will be completely revamped for the 2010-2011 version of the annual publication, which will be published September 2010. AZRE is in the process of making the resource guide better and more useful for the ever-changing commercial real estate community. 

The publication will become AZRE's Top People to Know in Arizona Commercial Real Estate. In this overhauled version, 100 real estate leaders will be selected as the most influential people in the state's main real estate industries.

These 100 people will also become finalists for the AZRE Real Estate Industry Leader Awards. One award will be presented to a key individual within each industry. These winners will be announced at a Top PTK recognition reception, which has been scheduled for September 2010. 

Nominations for Top PTK are open till April 1st.

  • Property Managers/Tenant Services

  • Subcontractors

People will be selected by a Top PTK panel based on the following criteria:

  • Professional achievements
  • Career responsibilities
  • Impact within their industry
  • Involvement within CRE-related organizations

If you are among the finalists selected — Congratulations!
