Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties is proud to announce its donation of more than 260,000 bottles of water to the Phoenix Rescue Mission.  Berkshire Hathaway’s annual Code Red Water Drive donated 260,819 bottles of water during this year’s event, 65,795 more than the 195,123 bottles donated in 2017.

“For the sixth year in a row, we held our summer water drive for the Phoenix Rescue Mission, and donations continue to increase every year,” said Susie Yee, organizer of the event on behalf of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties. “It is our great honor to do this event year over year for the Phoenix Rescue Mission who gives back so much to the community in need. It truly is a life-saving event.”

The Costco located at 33rd Avenue and Indian School Road also helps with the donations by offering agents and staff special pricing on the water. “It really helped us maximize our donations over the last few years, allowing us to provide more and more water to the communities that really need it.”

Mark Tullis of the Phoenix Rescue Mission says the efforts of the firm’s real estate sales executives and employees are simply amazing. “Every year Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties and their agents have exceeded past goals and every year they are a key partner in what we do. We are so thankful to them participating the way they do in helping us save lives.”

All Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties offices collected donations and water. The company’s Scottsdale office raised more than any other with 118,456 bottles of water donated to the Mission.

“Our agents give selflessly to many organizations throughout the year, but this particular water drive event brings out the best of all of us, allowing us to give back to those who need it most this time of year,” says Yee.
