POWERBALL©: Multi-state jackpots with three drawings each week
POWERBALL© is one of the most recognized draw games in the country. Tickets are available to purchase online through the West Virginia Lottery’s iPLAY platform. For each ticket, you’ll choose five numbers from one to 69 and one POWERBALL© number from one to 26.
Drawings take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Tickets cost $2 per play, with an optional Power Play feature available for $1 extra per ticket. This has the potential to multiply non-jackpot prizes by up to 10X.
You can also use features like Quick Pick, Auto-Renewal, or Jackpot Chase. With Jackpot Chase, you can set a jackpot amount and iPLAY will automatically purchase a ticket when the prize hits your target threshold.

MEGA MILLIONS®: Now with a built-in multiplier on every ticket
MEGA MILLIONS® offers another multi-state draw option, now updated to include more features in every play. For $5 per ticket, your entry includes nine prize tiers, a built-in multiplier (up to 10X), and eligibility for jackpots that begin in the multi-million-dollar range and grow fast between draws.
Drawings take place every Tuesday and Friday evening. As of April 2025, saved play slips and auto-renewals have resumed under the new game format. You can now select up to 26 draws in advance, opt into auto-renewal, and track results online through your iPLAY account.
LOTTO AMERICA: Better odds, smaller pool, same online convenience
LOTTO AMERICA gives you a chance to play a multi-state game with different odds compared to POWERBALL© or MEGA MILLIONS®. Just select five numbers from one to 52 and one Star Ball number from one to 10. The All-Star Bonus (optional for an additional cost) can help increase non-jackpot prizes.
Draws take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday and you can buy tickets online through iPLAY. Here, you can also manage your numbers and receive notifications if you match a prize.
Cash25: A state-exclusive favorite, now online
Cash25 is exclusive to West Virginia and available online. You’ll select six numbers from one to 25, with the top prize set at $25,000. Drawings are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings.
Because it’s only played within the state, Cash25 offers different odds than the national draw games, giving you another option to consider if you’re looking for alternatives to the larger jackpots.
Daily 3 and Daily 4: Daily draw options for fast results
If you prefer daily draw games, Daily 3 and Daily 4 are both available through iPLAY. In Daily 3, you’ll choose a three-digit number from 000 to 999. In Daily 4, you pick a four-digit number from 0000 to 9999.
These games offer several ways to play, including Exact or Any Order, and the draw occurs daily at 6:59 PM ET. With potential payouts of up to $500 for Daily 3 and $5,000 for Daily 4, these games offer consistent play opportunities every day of the week.
What about KENO?
While KENO and KENO GO are popular West Virginia Lottery draw games, they are only available to play at retail locations and are not currently accessible through the iPLAY platform. However, you can check your numbers and watch draws on the West Virginia Lottery website.
