Inc. Magazine unveiled today its list of America’s fastest-growing private companies and 132 companies with Arizona roots made the Inc. 5000 list. The prestigious ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other household name brands gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

“Running a business has only gotten harder since the end of the pandemic,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “To make the Inc. 5000—with the fast growth that requires—is truly an accomplishment. Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that are building our future.”
Arizona’s real estate industry was well represented, including two affiliated organizations: Creation, a versatile firm involved in real estate development, hospitality brand creation and alternative investments, landing in the top 10% for its second consecutive appearance; and LGE Design Build, a premier design-build construction firm, making its debut.
Up from the 1,328 spot last year, Creation comes in at 351 on this year’s notable list with an astounding 1,673% three-year growth rate, solidifying its place as one of the fastest-growing real estate developers in the country and No. 1 in that same category in Arizona and Texas. LGE Design Build lands at number 2,850 with a 186% three-year growth rate. Inc.’s yearly list tracks companies’ self-reported revenue growth and highlights those with the highest percentage growth during the previous three years. This year, growth from 2019 to 2022 was measured.

Another Arizona real estate company making the Inc. 5000 list is 72Sold, which ranks No. 474 on the 2023 Inc. 5000, its annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The placement means 72SOLD is the No. 1 fastest growing real estate firm in Arizona and top five in real estate in the country. This is also the second time on the list for 72SOLD. This year, 72SOLD placed No. 16 overall in Arizona of those companies that made it on the list.
