Sly’s remarks will be followed by an illuminating panel discussion with AI leaders from University of Phoenix, Arizona State University and Helios Education Foundation about how AI is preparing next-generation workers and equipping companies with a suite of AI business solutions.

“AI is taking the workplace by storm, but leaders in our region are ahead of the curve,” said John Lewis, the Partnership’s president and CEO.

Along with AI, First Things First will update guests about the state of childcare in Arizona, and University of Phoenix will share findings from its 2025 Career Optimism Index, a comprehensive study of American workers’ career perceptions. This includes a record high 51% of respondents who said they are struggling with burnout. The survey also highlights workers’ perceptions about upskilling and their career future.

The event is sponsored by University of Phoenix, First Things First and Helios Education Foundation.

There is no cost to attend.
