Alan Soelberg joined the firm in April 2016, bringing extensive and wide-ranging legal experience, from both a general counsel and traditional law firm standpoint. Upon joining, he quickly became a leader within the firm in terms of both practice growth and cultural fit.

Alan will continue to practice law, focusing on his existing clients in business transactions, estate planning, and asset protection. He will also direct the focus of the firm’s c-level executives and work closely with the firm’s equity partners. His guiding principle will be the firm’s growth—both in terms of quality lawyers and expanding personalized, precision legal services across Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico.
