Cassidy Turley announced that Alliance Commercial Partners and American Realty Advisors selected the firm to market 10 Chandler, a ±553,000 SF industrial flex/office complex on the east side of I-10, between Ray Rd. and Chandler Blvd. in Chandler.

Andy Markham, SIOR, James Harper, Mike Haenel and Marc Tuite with Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Industrial Group have the marketing assignment for 10 Chandler.

Alliance Commercial Partners, LLC and American Realty Advisors purchased 10 Chandler in 2011. Built in 2007 and 2008, the property is located at 450-590 N. 54th St. and includes nine buildings ranging in size from ±31,000 SF to ±90,200 SF. The property has available spaces ranging from ±5,600 SF to ±81,200 SF.

10 Chandler offers large industrial space with clear heights ranging from 15 to 26 feet, truck well and grade-level loading and up to 3,000 amps (277-480 volt power).

10 Chandler has direct access to the I-10 Freeway from two full-diamond interchanges, at Chandler Boulevard and at Ray Road, as well as access to the Loop 202 Santan Freeway from 56th St.

There are two monument signs on the west side of the property along I-10 and building signage visible from I-10 and 54th Street. Current 10 Chandler tenants include Toshiba, BE Aerospace, Eaton, CloudBlue, Inyati and Paradise Bakery.

The property is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, business and entertainment amenities.
