One of the biggest days of the year for Arizona nonprofits is only four days away.

Arizona Gives Day is coming up fast on April 7, and with early giving now open, donors have an opportunity to get a jump on their charitable contributions. Donations are tax-deductible in most cases, and can be made easily online at azgives.org

Representatives from AZ Impact for Good, the organization powering Arizona Gives Day, are available for interviews to discuss this year’s day of giving. Contact Tom Evans at the information above to schedule an interview.

Early giving for Arizona Gives Day kicked off March 17 in advance of the main event on April 7, providing donors an opportunity to get a jump on their charitable contributions. And, donors who gave last year will automatically receive a “repeat your donation” email allowing them to quickly and easily repeat their previous donation(s) with a simple click of a button. These donors will also have the opportunity to adjust their donation or donate to additional nonprofit organizations as well.

Donations may be made online at www.azgives.org

NEED AND IMPACT

Arizona ranks near the bottom nationwide when it comes to charitable giving, according to recent national studies — a troubling distinction at a time when demand for nonprofit services across the state continues to rise.

But Arizona Gives Day, returning April 7, offers Arizonans a clear opportunity to reverse that trend and demonstrate a stronger culture of generosity statewide.

Changes on the federal level have led to uncertainty in funding for many Arizona nonprofits across sectors, including changes in staffing levels. Arizona Gives Day is an opportunity for Arizonans to take ownership of the needs of their communities and support the nonprofits that do such critical work.

Over the past decade, Arizona Gives Day has generated more than $51 million for nonprofits statewide, including more than $4.3 million in 2025. Last year, more than 19,700 donations supported over 750 nonprofits, while more than 380 volunteers pledged nearly 3,400 hours of service.

Contributions on AZGives.org are tax-deductible and, in some cases, can count toward the Arizona Qualified Charitable, Qualified Foster Care, or Public School Tax Credits.

Individuals and businesses are encouraged to create their own fundraiser page to support their favorites nonprofit(s) by finding the nonprofit(s) on www.azgives.org and selecting the Create AFundraiser button on the nonprofit’s profile page.
