JP Jaramillo of Nox Group
A native of Arizona, JP Jaramillo was born and raised in the Maryvale Phoenix community. At age 13, he found his love for the people business working for his family’s Mexican food restaurant, bussing tables, and washing dishes during school nights and weekends. Upon graduating high school, JP transitioned into B2B sales for one of the largest computer hardware and software resellers in the nation. His career took a transformative turn into construction recruiting in 2005, where JP dedicated the next 19 years to advancing from an entry-level recruiter to vice president.
