Richard Huie is the longtime owner and operator of Salt Cellar Restaurant, the iconic underground Scottsdale seafood restaurant he operates with his wife, Cindy. The Huies have guided the Valley landmark for more than four decades, building its reputation around consistency, quality, equitable pricing and exceptional service.
Huie helped establish Salt Cellar as a pioneer in bringing premium fresh seafood to the Arizona desert, developing relationships with suppliers that allow the restaurant to source seasonal fish and seafood from around the world.
