Bell Bank hires Reine Hamilton

Bell Bank has hired Reine Hamilton as senior vice president and commercial banking manager, leading Bell’s specialty markets banking efforts in Phoenix. Hamilton offices at Bell’s Chandler bank location.

In her role, Hamilton oversees growth and development of Bell’s specialty markets group, which offers banking services encompassing nonprofit organizations, government entities, and professional groups with a focus on medical, legal and CPA firms, as well as property management and complex deposit structured accounts.

Hamilton brings to Bell more than 26 years of expertise in financial services and has held positions in nonprofit banking, government banking, professional banking, commercial and industrial (C&I), private and consumer banking, treasury management, small business lending and business development, as well as branch operations. Prior to joining Bell, Hamilton served in a variety of positions with Wells Fargo Bank, Compass Bank, and Bank of America. She brings a high level of expertise in the nonprofit sector, thanks to many years of working closely with nonprofit organizations and serving on boards throughout the Southwest. Among Hamilton’s many accolades, in 2022 she was named one of the Most Influential Women in Arizona.

Adrian Ochoa joins Burch & Cracchiolo

The law firm of Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., announced that Adrian Ochoa has joined the firm as Of Counsel. In practice since 2016, he focuses on tax planning and tax controversy.

Ochoa earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2013 and an LL.M in tax law from NYU School of Law in 2014.  He received a B.A. in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2008. Prior to beginning his law practice, he clerked for the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C from 2014-2016.  Ochoa has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas teaching Federal Tax Research.

Ochoa is a member of Inns of Court, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  Ochoa is admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court and other Federal Courts.  He is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.

Rod Jarvis returns to Gallagher & Kennedy

Gallagher & Kennedy welcomed back land use attorney Rodney Q. Jarvis to its real estate department. Rod has dedicated his 37-year legal practice to representing residential, commercial, and industrial developers throughout Arizona in all aspects of planning and zoning for their projects.

Active in the industry and trade community, Rod is a member of Phoenix East Valley Partnership and the Mesa Transportation Advisory Board, has served as a zoning enforcement officer for Maricopa County, and is a former member of the City of Phoenix’s Camelback East Village Planning Committee, Maricopa County Parks & Recreation Commission, Maricopa County Development Ad Hoc Task Force, and Citizens Transportation Oversight Committee (Maricopa County/ADOT).
