Eco-Chic Consignments appoints Heather Zorge as CEO

Eco-Chic Consignments, LLC, parent company to My Sister’s Closet, My Sister’s Attic, and Well Suited retail brands, today announced the appointment of Heather Zorge as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Zorge steps into the role as Eco-Chic builds on the foundation established by founder Ann Siner, including the company’s recent growth in Southern California with the opening of its Newport Beach location.

Bringing decades of senior leadership experience across finance, operations, and organizational development, Heather Zorge has a strong track record of helping businesses scale by strengthening financial discipline, operational clarity, and teams across the organization.

“Heather brings a steady, people-first leadership style that aligns well with the direction started by Ann and supports who we are and where we are going,” said Mark Dorman, Chairman of Eco-Chic Consignments. “She understands how to build on what is already working, improve day-to-day operations, and create clarity and alignment across a growing organization. We are confident she is the right leader for this next chapter.”

In her role as CEO, Zorge will focus on advancing operational excellence and consistency across all store locations as the company continues to grow.

“Eco-Chic has earned an exceptional reputation through the dedication of its teams and the trust of its customers and consignors,” said Zorge. “I’m excited to join a company with such a strong foundation and to bring my experience to supporting our people, strengthening operational excellence, and sharpening focus on the employee experience, the in-store customer journey, and a best-in-class consignor partnership. Building a strong, scalable foundation is how this business continues to grow the right way.”

Eco-Chic Consignments operates a growing portfolio of resale and consignment retail stores, including My Sister’s Closet, My Sister’s Attic, and Well Suited, serving customers and consignors across the Greater Phoenix metro area in Arizona and the San Diego and Orange County regions of Southern California, with plans for continued expansion.

Nox Group announces executive promotions

Nox Group, a hyper-scale industrial builder, announced a notable round of executive promotions and organizational realignments across its Phoenix headquarters and Southwest operations to support rising demand nationwide for mission-critical industrial facilities, including data centers, semiconductor plants, and water and wastewater infrastructure.

One of the fastest-growing construction companies in Arizona, Nox Group’s updated leadership structure is designed to enhance operational scalability, deepen technical expertise and strengthen the company’s ability to execute increasingly complex and sizable industrial projects across the country. The promotions span Nox Group and its four operating companies – electrical subcontractor Corbins, self-perform water and wastewater general contractor RMCI, virtual construction design and fabrication firm Nox Innovations, and tagging solutions provider Construction Labels

These shifts support new and emerging functions in project delivery, internal operations, scalability, fabrication, accounting and field support. The changes also include a refined structure within Nox Innovations, separating virtual design and virtual construction into two focused departments for tighter integration between modeling teams and field operations.

“Seeing our leaders step into these expanded roles is something I’m really proud of,” said Justin Martin, CEO of Nox Group. “These are talented people who’ve been part of our growth for a long time, and this structure gives them the room and span of control to keep pushing the company forward. As the work ramps up, having the right folks leading the charge is what will keep us successful for years to come.”

Beyond Arizona, Nox Group is advancing leaders in key markets to support major regional growth. Lee Sneddon, who has helmed Nox Group’s operations in San Marcos, Texas, for several years, was promoted to senior vice president of scalability. Lane Moore, previously senior vice president of operations for Corbins, has been tapped to lead the establishment of new operations in Reno, Nev.

“The industry is moving fast, and the scale of projects coming our way demands a strong and focused leadership bench,” said Greg Ayres, president and COO of Nox Group. “These changes put the right people in the right spots so we can keep delivering for our customers and stay ahead of the growth. It’s a big step forward for our company and for the work we’re doing across the country.”

Nobu Scottsdale hires new general manager

Nobu Scottsdale prides itself on the talent and creativity that bring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s menu and unique Nobu-style cuisine to life for the Scottsdale community. Adding to that pool of talent is Dereck Shrader, the restaurant’s newly appointed General Manager.

Shrader, a long-time Valley resident, brings over two decades of leadership experience in both United States and international hospitality roles. At Nobu Scottsdale, Shrader is dedicated to cultivating a dynamic, high-performing team and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

“Dereck brings experience from an impressive career to the restaurant overall,” said Bryan Shinohara, Regional Director for Nobu. “He is a natural leader and we look forward to seeing how his energetic approach inspires the Scottsdale team to continually exceed our guests’ expectations.”

After earning a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University, Shrader began his restaurant career as a waiter at TGI Fridays before advancing to General Manager and Regional Manager roles in Scottsdale and Las Vegas.

He later served as Operating Partner at Bamboo Club Asian Bistro and spent several years abroad as General Manager of Restaurant Olo and Garden by Olo in Helsinki, Finland—both Michelin-starred concepts—followed by Stefan’s Steakhouse. Most recently, he led Arrowhead Grill in Glendale.

“I’m honored to be entrusted with leading an incredibly talented and capable team in representing a globally recognized brand like Nobu,” Shrader said. “Together, we’re pushing ourselves to deliver an elevated but approachable experience that is uniquely Scottsdale, while also reflecting the exceptional service and style one expects from a truly exceptional international restaurant.”

Nobu Scottsdale opened in 2020 and is located on the north side of Scottsdale Fashion Square at the shopping center’s north luxury and valet entrance. The restaurant is open for dinner daily, including holidays, and seasonal specials like the Winter Omakase offer guests an opportunity to sample a selection of menu favorites. Reservations are available via OpenTable.
