Land Advisors Organization opens Nashville office

Scottsdale-based Land Advisors Organization is expanding its southeast regional footprint with the addition of a new office in Nashville, Tennessee to serve middle Tennessee and the surrounding markets, which include Huntsville, Alabama and southern Kentucky.

The new office will be managed by Eric S. Deems, an established real estate professional with expertise in strategic real estate planning, land brokerage and development, and site selection. The firm plans to continue growing its Nashville team with the addition of several more advisors and support staff throughout the first part of the year.

This new location marks Land Advisors Organization’s sixth office in the region, with offices currently in Charlotte, North Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia, and Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida.

Deems has facilitated more than $500 million in real estate transactions over his career. A resident of Nashville, Deems is recognized in the real estate industry for his ability to connect parties with shared objectives as well as his adeptness in navigating complex transactions and guiding investor relations through acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and joint venture arrangements.

Local restaurateur, chef collaborate to bring Source Restaurant to Gilbert

Source restaurant and market is set to open its doors this spring in Gilbert, bringing to the East Valley a relaxed fast-fine dining environment boasting ultra-Mediterranean flavors, style and curated music. Source will be located at 3150 East Ray Road within The Epicenter at Agritopia.

Source is an organic ingredient-driven, fast-fine dining restaurant centered around the flavors of the Mediterranean. Utilizing traditional techniques and methods such as steel plancha cooking, steaming, braising, as well as fermentation, crucial for pickling, and baking with naturally leavened stone ground whole grains, Source strives to bring out the best flavors and qualities of their ingredients. BKD expands into Arizona with latest acquisition

Pinewell Capital acquires majority stake in Dickens Quality Demolition

Dickens Quality Demolition (DQD) and Arizona-based Pinewell Capital jointly and announced the successful completion of a majority stake acquisition of DQD by Pinewell. DQD will continue to operate with its current management and staff, at its current location, providing its high-quality services and safety standards to its customers as it has in the past.
