Background: Rafi, founder of Rafi Law Group, has built Arizona’s premier personal injury law firm with over 250 professionals and offices in Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma. Raised in Arizona and educated at Brophy College Preparatory, the University of Arizona, and Phoenix School of Law, Brandon’s career reflects a commitment to justice and community. He established Rafi’s Hope, a nonprofit initiative supporting children and families statewide. Recognized as Philanthropic Business Leader of the Year and an honoree among Arizona’s Most Powerful Business Leaders, Rafi continues to shape Arizona’s legal and business landscape.
Upcoming challenge: “One of the biggest challenges ahead is keeping up with how quickly technology is changing accidents, cars, and insurance. We are preparing by investing in our people through training and education, growing our team to meet new demands, and staying focused on how these changes affect real clients.”
Leadership lesson: “The most important leadership lesson I have learned is that leadership is about service. When you put people first, whether they are clients, colleagues, or the community, you create trust and loyalty. That belief guides my decisions and has shaped the way I approach both business and life.”
Surprising fact: “Despite the demands of running Arizona’s largest personal injury law firm, I make it a priority to be present with my family. Reading to my kids each night grounds me and reminds me that the most important work I will ever do is being there for them.”
