Alliance Bank of Arizona, a division of Western Alliance Bank, the state’s largest headquartered bank and now fourth largest in Maricopa county in terms of market share, is set to break ground on a new banking office on the southeast corner of Market Street and Pecos Road in Gilbert later this month.

As the go-to business banking resource, Alliance Bank’s presence in Gilbert is an extension of the bank’s growth in key business markets throughout the East Valley, where it already serves a large number of commercial, industrial and professional businesses.

“Gilbert is seeing a tremendous amount of business growth, recently being named one of the top 10 ‘boom towns’ in the U.S. and forecasting more than 50,000 new jobs for this year alone. Business is clearly booming in Gilbert and naturally there is demand for business banking,” said Dee Burton, executive vice president of Alliance Bank of Arizona.

The 4,500 square-foot office will house commercial and branch banking facilities as well as a number of support functions that will enable the bank to better serve its growing southeast valley customer base. The banking center will be designed by Davis Design Solutions and built by Sun State Builders, both long-standing clients of the bank.

“It’s important for us to have bankers located within the major business hubs of Arizona. Our new Gilbert branch will expand our East Valley presence and allow us to better service the area’s growing business community,” said Chris Call, vice president with Alliance Bank, who will also manage the new Gilbert location.

With 11 offices in Greater Phoenix, Tucson, Sedona and Flagstaff, along with Western Alliance’s robust national platform of specialized financial services, Alliance Bank of Arizona is a valued partner for Arizona’s business, real estate, professional, municipal and nonprofit communities.

The Gilbert branch is located at 1907 East Pecos Road in Gilbert.
