Platinum Living Realty expands into California

Platinum Living Realty (PLR), an independent luxury real estate brokerage in Arizona, is pleased to announce that it has now expanded into the state of California. The luxury brokerage is now open for business in Newport Beach under the direction of Designated Broker, Donna Hollingsworth, who is also an attorney by trade.

“We have noticed a significant amount of reciprocity in the luxury housing market between Arizona and communities such as Newport Beach,” said Michelle Macklin, co-owner of Platinum Living Realty. “As specialists with this type of concierge level of service, it has always been our intention to expand into the Golden State. We’re thrilled to be able to jump on this opportunity and know Donna will pave the way for a successful team.”

The Platinum Living Realty brand is unique because it cannot be reproduced in any franchise and encompasses a wholly definitive offering not available in any other brokerage. At the center of the brand is co-founder Jay Macklin’s proprietary 5 Pillars System, which maximizes resources, generates new leads, and helps home buyers and sellers realize their dreams.

“2022 was a year of massive growth for Platinum Living Realty, and we are thrilled to be kicking off the Spring housing market by opening our first office in California,” said Jay Macklin, co-owner of Platinum Living Realty. “Newport Beach and its surrounding communities are the first of many additional markets we plan on taking the Platinum Living Realty brand.”

In the last year, Platinum Living Realty has perfected its business model as an independent brand, attracting 51 new agents in the fastest-growing County in the nation. PLR is now starting to replicate this success in California and has already signed on five new agents including Hollingsworth. The Scottsdale based corporate team will support Hollingsworth in Newport Beach.

“I am so grateful to embark on this next successful journey in my career,” says Donna Hollingsworth, Designated Broker for Platinum Living Realty in Newport Beach. “PLR provides a plethora of tools and opportunities for individual agents and team growth.”
