Lee & Associates’ most accomplished broker, Craig Coppola, received the company‘s highest honor, The William J. Lee Lifetime Achievement Award, for 2015. The award was presented by CEO Jeffrey Rinkov and company Founder Bill Lee at the Lee Broker Summit at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas in October.
The award was created to recognize the embodiment of the entrepreneurial spirit of Lee & Associates and the positive impact on the community where he lives. Craig was one of the founding partners in the Phoenix office in 1991. Since that time he has distinguished himself as the all-time leading producer for the entire Lee & Associates network of 54 offices nationwide, completing over 3,500 transactions. Craig works closely with a team that includes Andrew Cheney, Principal and Gregg Kafka, Associate.
As a leader in commercial real estate, Craig holds the top three designations in the industry; SIOR, CCIM and CRE. Less than 40 individuals in the world hold all three titles. He has been NAIOP Arizona Broker of the Year six times and a board member for NAIOP Arizona for 10 years.
Craig spends a significant amount of time with non-profi t organizations, serving on the Banner Foundation Board, the MD Anderson Capital Campaign, the Xavier College Prep Board of Trustees, St. Vincent de Paul Advisory Council, the Valley of the Sun United Way Board, the Tocqueville Society and the Arizona Chamber of Commerce Board.
Craig is the author of four books. His latest, Chasing Excellence, was co-written with Lee & Associates’ founder, Bill Lee, and is now available on Amazon.
Craig’s success in commercial real estate is no doubt due in part to his success in his personal life. He is a third generation Arizonan and has been married for 26 years to his wife Tracy and has four children, ages 17 to 24 years.
