Fennemore Craig promoted two of its attorneys, Greg Adams and Anthony Austin, to director in the firm’s Phoenix office.

Adams represents clients in both the Gila River Adjudication and the Little Colorado River Adjudication pending in Arizona State courts. He has also represented clients on water rights and environmental matters in federal courts and before the California State Water Resources Control Board. Adams earned his J.D. and B.A. from Brigham Young University.
Austin practices in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and restructuring. He represents financial institutions, debtors, creditors and trustees in all phases of complex litigation and restructuring transactions, including trials and appeals.
Austin has been recognized in Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Stars. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona and his B.S. from Northern Arizona University.
