The Arizona Charter Academy has elected John Randolph to its board of directors. Mr. Randolph is a Member of the law firm of Sherman & Howard LLC.
“John was instrumental in securing financing for a large expansion project for our school and has proven himself to be a valuable colleague,” says Melissa Holdaway, CEO of the Arizona Charter Academy. “He is deeply committed to his practice and the importance of a quality education for Arizona’s youth.”
John said, “I am deeply invested in the educational opportunities that we are providing our young people in the Valley and State of Arizona. I believe we need to offer learning activities that stimulate the intellectual curiosity of everyone involved and keep our youth engaged and excited about learning.”
As an attorney, John represents banks and other lending institutions in numerous transactions ranging from $2,000,000 to $200,000,000, including multi-state collateralized transactions and restructuring of existing financing arrangements. He also represents lenders, including banks and financial service companies in connection with workouts, prejudgment strategies and remedies, trustee’s sales, foreclosures, UCC remedies and enforcement. John is recognized as an Arizona Business Leader in the Banking Law section of Az Business Leaders, 2013-2015. A long-time Phoenix resident, John is also listed as one of the “Top People to Know in Commercial Real Estate” in the “Attorneys to Know” section of AZRE’s 2013-2014 edition.
