NewLAWu.s., an innovative, national law firm with a high quality, cost-effective business model, announced that Kristina R. Keating has joined the firm as a member attorney, to practice in Arizona.
Keating has practiced with NewLAWu.s. as an affiliate attorney since its inception within the real estate and business law and transactions groups. Before joining NewLAWu.s., Keating practiced with Kutak Rock LLP, the Law Offices of Kristina R. Keating, PLC and Singer Pistiner, P.C. She also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Tobacco Enforcement Unit for the State of Arizona.
Keating holds a J.D.from Golden Gate University School of Law, and a B.S. from Northern Arizona University. She is very active in the community and has been a member of the MetrOrg Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix since 2008, for which she is currently serving as the Club Connection Chair. Keating has also served on the Board of Directors for Valley Youth Theatre, and was a Big Sister for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program of the Bay Area.
When asked why Keating sought out NewLAWu.s., Ms. Keating states, “NewLAWu.s. affords me the flexibility to practice law at a high level while also tending to the needs of a growing family. This is extremely rare in the legal industry, as the restraints of the traditional law firm model makes achieving a respectable work/life balance exceptionally difficult, particularly for new moms. In contrast, NewLAWu.s. is an innovation that provides its attorneys with an avenue to practice on terms and in ways that fit their lives’ priorities, thereby enabling lawyers to lead fulfilling professional and personal lives.”
