Andante Law Group is pleased to announce that attorney Kurt A. Peterson has joined the firm as partner. Kurt has practiced in the areas of commercial finance, real estate and general business law for nearly 30 years.
He also has a vibrant commercial banking and finance practice, in which he represents national, regional and community banks and other institutional and private lenders. Kurt’s diverse general business practice includes structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial contracts; corporate planning, formation, governance and risk management; stock and asset sales and acquisitions; corporate dissolutions; and counseling companies and non-profit organizations on day‐to‐day operational and business matters.
He holds an AV Preeminent rating, the highest professional designation awarded by Martindale-Hubbell, the primary professional rating organization for attorneys.

Kurt graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa-College of Law in 1987 and from the University of Iowa in 1984 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Prior to joining Andante Law Group, Kurt was a partner at a large Phoenix-based firm, where he practiced for 28 years.
