Landings Credit Union has a new face on their Board of Directors, Barbara Lloyd. Barbara, who graduated from Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, is Senior Vice President of the Investment Services Group at NAI Horizon in Phoenix. Barbara is an active member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and has served several terms on the Board of Directors for the Central Arizona Chapter. She served as secretary of the Tempe Community Council and as the liaison to the Maricopa Association of Governments Human Services Committee. Barbara has been very active over the years in various professional and community associations including the Turnaround Management Association, Tempe Leadership Class XXIII and Tempe Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
In addition to her professional affiliations, Barbara is an award winning sales and leasing agent in the Commercial Real Estate field closing over $200 million in Commercial Real Estate and selling or leasing over 1,500,000 square feet of properties. In 2007, Barbara was awarded the Prudential Chairman’s Circle award for being in the top 2% of sales nationwide and in 2010 was presented with the Eagle Award for Leadership at NAI Horizon. In 2012, Barbara was honored as an Elite Honoree in the NAI Global network and in 2013, the TOP producer in the Phoenix office.
Barbara fills the position vacated by outgoing board member and former Superintendent of the Phoenix Union High School District Kent Scribner.
