Todd Erb has been elected partner at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP. Erb will work in the firm’s Phoenix office, and he is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group and litigates extensively in both Arizona and Nevada.
He assists clients in a broad range of litigation matters, with specific expertise in first-party insurance coverage defense, professional liability defense, product liability defense, premises liability defense, ERISA litigation and representing obligors in structured settlement transfers.
