JLL adds Greer Oliver and Connor Nebeker-Hay to lead industrial team

JLL Capital Markets announced that Greer Oliver and Connor Nebeker-Hay have joined the firm as Senior Director and Associate, respectively, in its Phoenix office. Oliver will lead JLL’s institutional industrial investment sale efforts throughout the Phoenix MSA, with leadership support from Ben Geelan and Mark Detmer.

Oliver and Nebeker-Hay bring sophisticated market knowledge and experience to the JLL team. Over the past five years, Oliver advised on more than 130 industrial sales transactions, totaling more than 63 million square feet and approximately $6.9 billion in value.

Velocity Retail Group welcomes Gannon Coffman

Velocity Retail Group has welcomed Gannon Coffman as an Associate Vice President and Account Manager. Gannon will be working closely with Dave Cheatham, Darren Pitts and Bonnie Arlia on key tenant accounts.

Gannon is a respected professional in the commercial real estate arena and brings a diverse background in retail real estate brokerage, development, and product sales to his role at Velocity Retail. Working closely with Dave Cheatham, Darren Pitts, and Bonnie Arlia, Gannon will utilize his nearly 10-year history in retail leasing and site selection to provide a seamless transaction process for our clients.

During his career he has worked on tenant rollouts with national and regional tenants, and successfully negotiated dozens of transactions for tenants specializing in soft goods, general merchandise and furniture, a myriad of QSR restaurants, and automotive users. This experience is utilized daily in managing the deal process and market strategy for the clients our team represents.

The PENTA Building Group announces VP promotions

The PENTA Building Group, a nationally recognized commercial contractor, announced the promotion of Mike McLean, Tony Cornell and Trevor Dishon to Vice President positions at the company.

Mike McLean, an Owner at PENTA with more than 30 years of experience, has been promoted to Vice President of Construction. Mike supervises key personnel in developing strategic start-up procedures, as well as the planning and execution of field work. In this new role, he will continue to work both in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV regions to oversee construction activities as he brings decades of experience with large, complex and logistically challenging projects to PENTA’s ongoing construction operations.

Tony Cornell, a PENTA Owner and employee for more than two decades, has been promoted to Vice President of Construction. In Tony’s role, he will monitor construction operations and provide high-level field oversight to ensure projects are operating safely and delivering quality products to PENTA clients. Tony’s extensive construction experience is accompanied by an innovative and flexible approach to his work. 

Trevor Dishon

Trevor Dishon, an Owner at PENTA and one of the company’s first employees, has been promoted to Vice President of Construction. With strong relationships with repeat, loyal clients, Trevor will continue to foster ties with key decisionmakers in the construction industry in Las Vegas. In addition to having years of experience tackling challenging projects, he is also known for mentoring younger staff at PENTA and imparting that knowledge to carry on to the next generation of construction talent.
