Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing expands into Texas
Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing (“Goettl”), one of the largest providers of residential HVAC and plumbing services in the Southwest United States, announced today the acquisition of Will’s All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning (“Will’s All Pro”), a leading Texas–based provider of plumbing and HVAC services.
Located in San Antonio, Will’s All Pro is led by a management team with more than 50 years of combined experience in the plumbing and HVAC industries. With over 15,000 service calls annually, Will’s All Pro has established itself as the go-to provider of dependable plumbing and HVAC services for area residents and businesses. They believe in treating their customers and employees like family, and that every customer deserves a 5-star service.
The acquisition of Will’s All Pro significantly expands Goettl’s footprint in the Southwest. Goettl will continue providing plumbing services under the Will’s All Pro name and will introduce the Goettl Air Conditioning brand to San Antonio and surrounding markets in the first quarter of 2020.
“This acquisition expands our footprint in the Southwest, bringing our services to the San Antonio region, and is the first step in bringing our brand and unique service offerings to Texas.” said Goettl CEO, Ken Goodrich. “I chose to partner with Will Hawkins and the team at Wills All Pro when I met them and understood they do things the right way, not the easy way.”
Sojourner Center announces partnership with Two Pups Wellness Fund
Sojourner Center, one of less than 5 percent of domestic violence shelters in the United States with the ability to accept pets, recently forged a partnership with Phoenix nonprofit, Two Pups Wellness Fund. With support from Two Pups Wellness Fund, Sojourner Center is now able to offer pets in their Pet Companions Shelter full medical care services including necessary assessments, needed medical treatments, medications and microchipping.
“It is reported in domestic violence relationships that more than 40 percent of victims will not leave the abusive partner if they cannot bring their pet companions with them,” explains Gordon Sims, director of philanthropy at Sojourner Center. “With stats like this, we know it is vitally important for us to be able to accept the whole family fleeing violence in the home.”
The Pet Companion Shelter was introduced at Sojourner Center in 2015 to help anyone in Maricopa County receiving domestic services with an animal in need of shelter. Sojourner is the only domestic shelter in Maricopa County that accepts pets with their human family members.
“The thought of families being forced to make a choice of leaving their beloved pets with their abuser is unconscionable,” states Nancy Silver, founder of Two Pups Wellness Fund. “We are honored to work with Sojourner Center and give families and their fuzzy family members a chance at safety.”

Banner Urgent Care now available in Payson, Show Low and Lakeside
Just in time for flu and cold season, Banner Urgent Care has opened locations in Payson, Show Low and Lakeside to provide the most convenient customer care possible.
Each location is staffed by a physician and offers care from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Locations are open every day and accept most insurance plans.
“We are always focused on customer needs and we believe by opening these locations, we are providing after-hours care to residents as well as the visitors who come to these communities,’’ said Katrina Catto, Banner Urgent Care CEO.
“We’re excited to be providing care in northern Arizona. Especially now as cold and flu season is really kicking in. We know that getting the flu doesn’t always happen during office hours and we are more than happy to provide the right care at the right time.’’
The clinics represent Banner’s first urgent cares in smaller, northern Arizona communities and was a result of a December 2019 acquisition of STATClinix, which had five locations.
