RJM Construction has hired Niki Ward as director of business development. In this new role, Ward is responsible for developing new client relationships and managing existing client relationships in the Phoenix market, as well as increasing RJM Construction’s visibility.
“We’re pleased to have Niki joining our team. She has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry and we’re confident she will help support our growth,” said Boe Bergeson, vice president of RJM Construction’s Phoenix operations.
Ward brings more than 15 years of marketing, project management and business development experience in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, she worked as a marketing coordinator in the Phoenix office of a top global commercial real estate company.
Ward received a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the Harrington Institute of Interior Design in Chicago. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and the Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW). She holds an Arizona Department of Real Estate Sales License.
