Esperança adds 2 new board members

Esperança, a Phoenix-based nonprofit whose mission is to improve health and restore hope both locally and globally, has elected Mary Holman to serve on its Board of Directors.

Holman has more than 30 years of banking experience and is an active member of National Bank of Arizona’s Executive Committee. Currently, Holman is the Executive Vice President and Director of Private Banking at National Bank of Arizona. She uses enhanced services and credit solutions for high net-worth clients to strategically grow the Private Bank. 

She is also the President of National Bank of Arizona’s Women’s Financial Group, which provides women with a local resource for financial planning, business services, educational and networking opportunities and peer mentoring. 

Previously, Holman served as the Credit Solutions Division Manager where she was responsible for managing the Small Business, Business Lending Solutions and Consumer teams. While in this position, she worked diligently to grow her team of analysts and introduced the Business Lending Solutions group that expanded CSG’s services to include loan structuring, underwriting and credit oversight for C&I, Corporate Bank, private banking and commercial real estate banking. 

Holman is also a steering committee member for Gabriel’s Angels and a member of Scottsdale Sunrise and Rotary.

Swiftpage appoints Steve Oriola as president and CEO

Morgan Danhoff promoted to AVP at Velocity Retail Group

Tyler Lamb was promoted to Manager of Project Development for Burns & McDonnell in Arizona, specializing in competitive and merchant transmission, as well as renewable energy projects. With more than ten years of experience in the power delivery industry, Tyler has supported hundreds of miles of greenfield design, rebuild, thermal upgrade and NERC compliance projects for public and private utilities, developers and government agencies.
