LevRose Commercial Real Estate, one of the Valley’s leading commercial real estate firms, recently named four of its top producers as partners, including Danielle Davis, Keri Davies, Trent McCullough and Greg Vanlerberghe.

As top producers at LevRose, they are leaders in the firm with outstanding client relationships as well as consistent growth in sales and leasing client

Davis, who has been with the firm since 2007, focuses on both retail landlord and tenant representation.  Since 2014, Davies has worked with hundreds of tenants and landlords with their area requirements. McCullough has been with the firm since 2015 and primarily focuses on retail investment sales. Lastly, Vanlerberghe who started with Levrose in 2015 is a buyer and tenant representation specialist.

Perkins Coie names 2 new partners in Phoenix

Perkins Coie announced that 29 counsel and senior counsel have been promoted to partner, including John Gray and Thomas Ryerson in Phoenix.

John Gray is a member of the Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice. John focuses on complex business and intellectual property disputes and advises well-known technology clients across the country. He has a special emphasis in trade secret litigation and counseling, serving as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in multiple high-risk and prominent trade secret litigations, as well as regularly advising clients on managing trade secret risk. John also has significant experience representing both large and small companies in disputes over trademark enforcement, patent infringement, licensing, copyright infringement, employment and noncompetition agreements, and an array of contract and business tort issues.

Thomas Ryerson is a member of the White Collar & Investigations practice. Thomas represents individual and corporate defendants in connection with government investigations and criminal prosecutions in federal and state courts, as well as administrative enforcement actions. He advises and represents clients in nearly all stages of prosecution, from the initial investigation through sentencing. Thomas also conducts internal investigations in anticipation of potential government scrutiny, often advising clients how to improve their compliance function as a result. Thomas is also an experienced litigator and represents clients in high-stakes litigation, including complex commercial and constitutional cases.

Kyle Bate elected as chair of the Friendly House board

Gust Rosenfeld announced that Kyle Bate has been elected as the Chair of the Friendly House Board of Directors. Kyle has been serving as a member of the board since September of 2016.

Established in 1920, the Friendly House assists lower-income families and communities in Arizona by empowering them through education and human services. The Friendly House offers programs in Early Childhood Development, K-8 Charter School, Youth Education Services, Family and Crisis Services, Workforce Development, Adult Education, Homecare for the Elderly and Disabled, and Immigration and Citizenship Services. 

“The Friendly House provides needed support to families and communities in Arizona. It is an honor to work alongside staff and fellow board members of Friendly House.” said Kyle.

Kyle’s law practice focuses on serving businesses and individuals in a variety of matters. He helps clients with estate planning, probate and trust administration.
