NKF’s Trisha Talbot, Kathleen Morgan earn CoreNet Global’s MCR

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) announced that Managing Director Trisha Talbot, CCIM was awarded one of commercial real estate’s most prestigious designations, the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR), by CoreNet Global, the world’s leading association for CRE executives. Ms. Talbot, out of NKF’s Phoenix office, has almost 18 years of experience as a leader in Arizona medical/healthcare real estate investment solutions. Ms. Talbot and Managing Director Kathleen Morgan, CCIM were ranked the number one Medical Office Brokerage firm in AZ Big Media’s Ranking Arizona feature in 2018.

NKF also announces that Managing Director Kathleen Morgan, CCIM was awarded  the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR), by CoreNet Global, the world’s leading association for CRE executives. Ms. Morgan, out of NKF’s Phoenix office, has 20 years of experience as a leader in Arizona medical/healthcare real estate investment solutions. Ms. Morgan and Managing Director Trisha Talbot, CCIM were ranked the number one Medical Office Brokerage firm in AZ Big Media’s Ranking Arizona feature in 2018. Additionally, she has ranked as one of the top five producing brokers in NKF’s Phoenix office for the past four years.

Jennings Strouss attorney appointed to the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel Board

Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C., a leading Phoenix-based law firm, congratulated Maxwell W. Mahoney on his appointment to the 2019-2020 Board of Directors for the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel (AADC). 

The AADC is a non-profit organization that was established in April of 1965. The organization is composed of defense attorneys who practice primarily in the area of civil defense litigation. The AADC is dedicated to the education of its members and the judiciary, and increasing community awareness of positive aspects of the legal profession.

Mahoney focuses his practice in the areas of family law, appellate, and general civil litigation. He regularly assists client with divorce, child custody and visitation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, asset division, and other related matters. He earned a J.D. from Phoenix School of Law, and a B.A., cum laude, with a focus in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University. Mahoney serves as a Community Service Committee member for the Maricopa County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. He is also a volunteer attorney for the Ninth Circuit Pro Bono Program, Hague Convention Attorney Network, and the Volunteer Lawyers Program, Appellate division.

Clear Title Agency of Arizona expands its commercial presence

Clear Title Agency of Arizona, a leader in commercial and residential title and escrow services, boosted its commercial expertise in the Valley with the hiring of two industry professionals.

Nicole Marruci joins Clear Title as Vice President of Commercial Title and Dawn Zenobi has joined the company as Commercial Escrow Officer.

Marruci, a native of Casa Grande, brings legal expertise to Clear Title Agency of Arizona and will support the commercial team with complex title issues. Marruci, formerly was General Counsel to Champion Title & Settlements, Inc., in its Prince William (Virginia) County office.

Zenobi, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, will handle the closing of commercial transactions. She previously was Senior Commercial and Residential Escrow Officer for Cuyahoga Title Services, Ltd. in Cleveland. She founded Equity Title Agency, Inc. in Cleveland and operated it for 18 years before merging with another firm.
