Did you know that John H. Hammergren is the highest paid CEO, making $131,190,000 per year for McKesson? In fact, the top 15 CEOs all make more than $40M annually. While this fuels the continuing debate over income inequality in America, there is also a growing shift towards tying CEO pay to company performance.
