The law firm of Sherman & Howard L.L.C. announced that Robyn Stowell has joined the firm as a member. Ms. Stowell practices in the firm’s Scottsdale office.

Robyn Stowell has a nationally recognized practice representing golf, resort and private clubs. She represents buyers, sellers, lenders and landlords in acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of real estate and has negotiated and documented agreements on a variety of corporate and business matters, including new business formation, growth issues, exit strategies, purchase and sale of assets, and day-to-day business concerns. She earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas. Ms. Stowell is recognized as a “Recommended Attorney” by Golf, Inc., and was tapped as one of the golf industry’s “Seventeen Most Prominent Women” by The BoardRoommagazine. Most recently she was a partner with Stinson Leonard Street in Phoenix.
