Squire Patton Boggs has welcomed Raphael Avraham to its Phoenix office.
Avraham previously worked for Snell & Wilmer handling corporate matters. Avraham’s practice at Squire Patton Boggs will be focused on representing both public and private companies in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities matters and managing corporate governance and compliance issues.
Avraham received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, Master of Business Administration, from the University of Arizona, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis. Avraham is Chair of the Cardozo Society of Phoenix.
