Thomas Title has announced the hire of Dennis Vendetti, who will be responsible for all national, commercial, and residential operations as market president out of the Scottsdale location. Prior to Thomas Title, Vendetti served as the Vice President and National Commercial Services manager in San Diego, CA for First American Title Insurance Company.

Vendetti brings more than 40 years of experience in the title industry. He is licensed as a title and closing professional in 30 states and brings technical and core competency skills in the commercial and residential real estate markets.
