FirstService Residential, the leading community management company in Arizona, has named Vanessa Dreyer as its new Vice President of the Large Scale II Division. She brings over 14 years of homeowner’s association industry experience to FirstService Residential. Dreyer will be primarily responsible for oversight of the company’s high rise condominiums and several large scale communities.

Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Dreyer was responsible for the management of several of the Valley’s leading master planned communities, including DC Ranch and Vistancia. In addition, with her background in land development, she has worked to grow communities from startup, through transition and beyond. Her strong non-profit background allows her to provide boards with training, goal setting, and strategic planning.

As a dedicated member of the industry, Dreyer currently serves on the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Board of Trustees and on the board for the Association of Professional Community Managers. Committed to professional development, she has earned the prestigious PCAM designation and plans to complete the elite LSM (Large Scale Manager) designation this fall. She also holds the CAAM designation from Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Arizona University.
