In addition to her work at Keyser leading the Aerospace Practice Group, MacVean is also helping to guide the effort for an FAA-approved spaceport here in Arizona.
Source of pride: “I am proud of the work being done around the spaceport initiative because, at the end of the day, it means we’re helping to improve the Arizona economy by bringing quality jobs and educational opportunities to Arizona.”
The personality trait that helped you succeed: “I credit my success to my ability to focus. When it comes to my goals, I am never distracted, discouraged, or deterred. The real estate industry is competitive, which is why it’s vital for me to be able to stay focused, work hard, and get the job done.”
The personality trait that got you into trouble: “I like to move quickly especially when it comes to helping clients achieve their goals. However, not everyone is as comfortable with moving at such a quick pace. I have come to an understanding that patience is a virtue learned in time.”
Best childhood memory: “My favorite childhood memory is running the Central Avenue Bridal Path every day after school with my high school track teammates. Being surrounded by supportive people who encouraged and helped me to become a better version of myself, filled me with warmth that has far surpassed my high school years.”
