Cassidy Turley completed a lease renewal for 25,650 SF at The Papago, 302 N. 45th Ave., formerly 4550 W. Van Buren St.

CertiFit Inc. originally leased the warehouse space on the 43rd Ave. and Van Buren in March of 2007.

Senior Vice President Gary Anderson and Senior Associate Justin LeMaster, of Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Industrial group represented the landlord, Hardy/Harco Properties LLC, and Allan Lowe of Lee & Associates Represented the Tenant, CertiFit, Inc.

CertiFit is an online auto body part supplier. They specialize in automotive parts and accessories.

The CertiFit product line includes head and tail lights, turn signal lights, radiators, fenders, bumper covers, hood panels, rear & front mirrors, filler panels, side covers, grilles, fog lamps and doors.

Built in 1997, The Papago is a ±153,900 SF, Class B, two-building project on 5.43 acres. The property is currently 10% leased. The Papago recently had a legal address change to 301 N. 47th Ave. and 302 N. 45th Ave.
