CBRE negotiated the sale of The Cortina Apartments, a 104-unit multi-family community  at 11 E. Bell Rd. in Phoenix.

Tyler Anderson, Sean Cunningham and Asher Gunter of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the seller and structured the transaction. The buyer, Jupiter Investment Group of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., was self represented.

“Jupiter is continuing to look for additional acquisitions within the Arizona market,” said Jonathan Lampitt, CEO of Jupiter Investment Group.

Built in 1995, The Cortina Apartments offer residents resort-style living. The community features a T-shaped swimming pool, spa, designer clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, business center and lush landscaping with scenic mountain views.

Interior apartment amenities include fully appointed kitchens, full size washers and driers, rounded corners, tiled entryways and free WiFi.

The Cortina Apartments were 94% occupied at the time of sale.
