Sandra Torre

President and chief financial officer

Lavidge

Background: With more than 20  years of finance experience, Torre is a CPA and CGMA who has helped grow LAVIDGE since 2003, serving as CFO for more than 15 years. She was officially named one of two co-presidents in May 2024.

Attraction to career: “The reason I wanted to join the accounting industry is because I knew that there was a need for accountants and it was economy proof. Everybody needs an accountant, no matter how well you’re doing, no matter how poor you’re doing. In a lot of ways, it’s solving problems and that’s the part that I like the best.”

Source of pride: “When I first started doing accounting, I didn’t want to go into public accounting, but I wanted the license because I wanted to know that I could do it. So, I am really proud that I was that I got that CPA designation.”
