Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI) announces the sale of a 15,290 SF industrial property in the East Valley at 1426 N. Marvin St. in Gilbert.
Eric Jones and Leroy Breinholt of Commercial Properties Incorporated represented the seller, Bowman Investments, LLC.
