Cassidy Turley completed the sale of a 24,980 SF industrial warehouse at 480 W. Vaughn St. in Tempe.
MIKDAWSH Realty ADA, an entity of Dalfen America Corp. (Quebec, Canada), purchased the property for $1.o15M from Zeman Family Investment LLC. Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Senior Vice President Pete Klees, Executive Vice President Rick Danis and Executive Vice President Paul Boyle negotiated the sale transaction representing both the seller and the buyer.
Dalfen America Corp. is a private equity firm specializing in real estate and real estate-related investments. They acquire, develop, own and manage millions of square feet of premier commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada.
The real estate holdings are broadly diversified encompassing industrial, office, retail, self-storage and land for development. The Dalfen Group is also a leader in the acquisition of real estate-backed debt.
Built in 1991, the single building industrial warehouse is situated on 1.55 acres and located on the SWC of Kyrene and Guadalupe Roads. The facility was vacant at time of sale. Dalphen America Corp plans to renovate the property and put it back on the market. The property improvements will include interior and exterior renovations, including improved door access and additional parking.
