CKS Advisors, LLC has announced that Mark D. Young has joined their team as Managing Director. Young brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance and management experience.
Prior to joining CKS, Young served in a variety of capacities at Merrill Lynch, US Bank and Arthur Andersen, as well as Arizona Bank & Trust, Arizona Business Bank and Biltmore Bank. In these positions, he successfully negotiated, structured and closed a wide range of transactions involving more than $2 billion in debt. These engagements included senior debt placements, subordinated debt facilities and complex corporate restructurings. Young received his MBA from Portland State University and his undergraduate degree from Lewis and Clark College.
