Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, a leading provider of advanced vision care and surgery, has appointed Jennifer Gibson director of human resources. Gibson is a 15-year veteran of human resources management in various industries including healthcare, manufacturing and employee leasing.
Gibson joined Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center from Sunstate Equipment Co. She earned her undergraduate degree in business administration and earned a dual degree-MBA and master’s in organizational management from University of Phoenix. She holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has earned certificates in Mediation and HR Management.
She is an active member of the national Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Human Resources Executive Forum-AZ (HREF) and the SHRM of Greater Phoenix (SHRMGP). In addition, she spends time supporting the Arizona Society for Human Resources Management (AZ-SHRM) and is a previous board member.
