The CORE Institute®, powered by Excellence Headquarters®, announced its expansion into the Louisiana market by partnering with the world-class team of orthopedic surgeons and specialists at Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists in Lafayette, Louisiana. The practice will be renamed The CORE Institute at Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists.

The CORE Institute made their first expansion into Michigan with Porretta Center for Orthopedic Surgery in 2013. Since expanding, The CORE Institute – Michigan has expanded into Brighton and Grand Blanc. Since its inception in 2005, The CORE Institute has grown to over 150 care providers and more than 700 employees. Its growth has been built on a platform of evidence-based medicine and meticulous outcomes tracking managed by a proprietary IT platform.
