Quarles & Brady LLP added Coree E. Neumeyer and Rodney W. Ott to its litigation and dispute resolution practice group within the firm’s Phoenix office.
Neumeyer focuses her practice on general business, utility, and commercial litigation, and her practice involves resolution of commercial disputes through negotiation, mediation, and state and federal litigation representing primarily corporate and business clients, including lenders, financial institutions, utilities, and Fortune 500 corporations.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Arizona, she received her law degree from The University of Arizona and her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Colorado College.
Ott joins as Of Counsel to Quarles & Brady’s practice group.
Ott represents developers and utilities in public utility commission matters, including cases involving the issuance and modifications of certificates of convenience and necessity. He has been involved in a number of jury trials and appeals concerning eminent domain, contract and lease disputes, valuation of real estate, and governmental takings of undeveloped and improved land. He has also been named a Top 50 Pro Bono Attorney in Arizona by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education.
He received his law degree from Fordham University, his master’s degrees from John Hopkins University and Columbia University, and his bachelor’s degree, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan.
