Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West law firm, announced Anthony Austin, an attorney in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights and Restructuring practice group, has been selected to participate as a member of The Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.

Austin represents financial institutions, debtors, creditors, and trustees in all phases of complex litigation and restructuring transactions, including trials and appeals. He was recognized as a Southwest Rising Star in 2015. Austin earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona and his B.S. from Northern Arizona University.
