The Frutkin Law Firm added Stephanie Fierro and Ben J. Himmelstein as the firm’s newest partners. Both Fierro and Himmelstein have a history of assisting local businesses and individuals with the full range of their legal needs.
As a Partner at Frutkin Law Firm, Fierro concentrates her practice in the areas of general counsel business law and estate planning. As a result, Fierro has a range of experience drafting and negotiating corporate transactional work, employment matters, intellectual property matters, estate planning and tax representation.
Fierro dedicates time to appear on local news stations where she discusses a broad range of relevant legal topics such as employment law, estate planning, tax and social media matters.
Before joining the firm in January of 2011, Fierro managed her own law practice, Fierro Law, PLC. An ASU alumna, she earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from New England School of Law in 2005 where she was awarded the Dean’s Award and the President Anna E. Hirsch award in recognition of her service to the school. Currently, Fierro serves on a committee for Hospice of the Valley and speaks as a mentor at local schools regarding the practice of law.
Himmelstein represents a number of medium sized businesses in Arizona. As the former Chairman of the Board of the Arizona Small Business Association, Himmelstein is passionate about helping Arizona’s business community thrive.
Generally, Himmelstein represents clients in business litigation – including civil matters involving contract disputes and intentional torts – and in the formation and governance of limited liability companies and corporations.
For over a decade, Himmelstein has successfully helped his clients navigate a wide range of disputes. These include: business divorces and dissolution, fiduciary breaches, business torts, sales contracts, buy-sell agreements, non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, as well as a variety of other commercial disputes.
Himmelstein received numerous awards and recognitions over the course of his career, including the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale‑Hubbell. He has been named one of the Southwest’s Rising Stars by Super Lawyers for the last five years in a row, is listed as one of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers and is a Lead Counsel Rated Attorney.
