Gust Rosenfeld, P.L.C. welcomes Susan Goodwin, Phyllis Smiley, Trish Stuhan and Dustin Cammack to its renowned Public Law Group. The new attorneys bring a combined 64 years of experience to the firm.
Goodwin, Smiley and Stuhan serve as city and town attorneys and special counsel for a number of Arizona municipalities. They advise Arizona cities and towns on land use, planning and zoning, construction law, employment law, elections, open meeting law, public records and procurement. Stuhan also defends clients in litigation, including quiet title, breach of contract and condemnation. Cammack’s legal practice focuses primarily on public finance.
Goodwin is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she received her J.D. and master’s in philosophy. Smiley and Stuhan also earned their J.D. degrees at ASU. Cammack, an alumnus of Brigham Young University’s law school, graduated third in his class.
