Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West regional firm, has announced that Lori A. Higuera, a shareholder in the firm’s Phoenix office, has been appointed Deputy Regional President for the Hispanic National Bar Association and elected to the Board of Directors for the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association.

Higuera co-chairs the firm’s Employment and Labor Relations practice group. She represents employers in arbitration, mediation, internal and external investigations, litigation and administrative proceedings involving the EEOC, NLRB, DOL and other governmental agencies. She also regularly provides employment training to employers of all sizes and frequently speaks on a variety of work-related topics before a wide range of professional organizations. Higuera received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from the University of Arizona.

The Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association provides a number of services all with a view of the business of the Hispanic legal profession within the State of Arizona.
