Each year, Az Business magazine publishes its “Top Lawyers List,” which is a guide to the best and brightest attorneys in Arizona. The 2013 list will be published in both the March 2013 issue of Az Business magazine, as well as the 2013 edition of Ranking Arizona. For the 2013 edition of the “Top Lawyers List,” the editorial team is giving each law firm the opportunity to nominate attorneys in each of the following 15 categories:

BUSINESS/CORPORATE LAW
COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION
EMPLOYMENT/LABOR RELATIONS
ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
HEALTHCARE
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
REAL ESTATE
RENEWABLE ENERGY
SECURITIES AND CORPORATE FINANCE
TAX
Here is how it will work: You can nominate as many as two attorneys in each category. Be sure to include both the attorney’s name and the firm she/he works with. If you nominate more than two attorneys in any given category, the first two listed on your nomination form will be considered as your nominees. You can nominate attorneys in any or all of the 15 categories. Nominations must be submitted via email to Editor in Chief Michael Gossie — michael.gossie@azbigmedia.com — by close of business on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012. Nominations received after that date will not be considered for the 2013 list.
Once the nomination process has closed, all nominees will be placed on a ballot and voting will take place on our website — azbigmedia.com — from Dec. 1, 2012-Dec. 14, 2012. Attorneys, their peers, clients and associates will have an opportunity to vote. Those attorneys receiving the most votes will make the 2013 edition of the “Top Lawyers List.”
